Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email stating so with a tracking number from the US Postal Service or UPS. You will receive a confirmation email following your checkout. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact info@bulkyboy.com. Additionally, you will receive an order status email once your order has been shipped.

When Will I Get My Order?

You can expect orders within the US to be delivered within 2-3 business days from the date it was shipped (unless you upgraded to 1-2 Day Express Shipping), and International orders may take from 1-6 weeks to be delivered depending on country and customs.

What if I never receive my order?

Situations may occur causing a package to not be delivered and we ask that you contact us. Please provide your order number and we will get back to as quickly as possible. You can contact us at info@bulkyboy.com or (858) 272-6172

Shipping

Domestic Orders

Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service (Priority Mail) or UPS which takes 3-5 business daysdepending on your location in the US. Once your order is received will take 1-3 business days to process after you receive an emailed confirmation by Bulky Boy of your order. We will make all efforts to ship your order within 1-3 business days of receipt.

Unfortunately the USPS does not provide real-time tracking, so the tracking number you receive will tell you two things:
-When your order was shipped
-When your package was marked delivered

What this means to you is: We cannot tell you where your package is at any given time throughout the delivery process. Be patient!

We cannot guarantee USPS delivery times.

We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to backups.

Bulky Boy charges sales tax for orders shipped to California. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

International Orders

We do ship Internationally. For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.

How much will my shipping charges be?

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and are handled on an individual basis. When placing an order on-line you will get a shipping charge quote before you finish making the order. Over-sized shipping charges may be applicable to certain orders and will be added as necessary. All over size charges will be applied only after the customer has been contacted.

Bulky Boy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once they are shipped.

Bulky Boy will not honor any claims for lost or stolen items once they are shipped and have been confirmed "delivered" by the US Postal Service.

At the time of payment, Bulky Boy will ship items to the address given by the customer as the "shipping address". Bulky Boy is not responsible for items shipped to the "wrong address" if that address was provided by the customer at the time of payment.

Placing an Order

When can I place an order or get in touch with customer service?

You may place orders on-line 7 days a week 24 hours day! If you would like to speak with someone at Bulky Boy you will need to refer to the business hours that are listed below. We strongly recommend e-mailing us at info@bulkyboy.com if you have any questions or concern. We will get back in touch with you as quickly as possible.

Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00 pm

What should I do if I am having trouble on the web site?

The Internet is new to most of us and at times the technology does not work as we planned. If you ever run into problems or get confused while navigating through the site please don't hesitate to give us a call and we can give you a hand.

Availability of Items

If I see the item in stock does this mean it is available?

No.. However we maintain a live inventory on our web site, what you see on our site is usually what we have in stock. Like any other inventory systems there are slightly differences in what our inventory shows and what is actually on our shelves. We will notify you if for any reason we are sold out of any item you have ordered before we ship.

What if an item is out of stock?

Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may sell out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock may be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. Please check back as these items may come back in stock at a later time.

What does (Preorder Only) mean?

These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock. We will not charge your card until we have pulled the item and prepared it to be shipped to you.

Handling Charge:
A $2.50 handling fee is added to each order.

At the time of payment, Bulky Boy will ship items to the address given by the customer as the "shipping address". Bulky Boy is not responsible for items shipped to the "wrong address" if that address was provided by the customer at the time of payment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Currently, only California residents are responsible for sales tax.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card statement will show Bulky Boy, Inc as the charge.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes

Can I pay by check/money order?

Not at this time.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

We will gladly accept a return or exchange if we made an error in shipping or selection of size, color, or item style.

 

Can I Return an Item?

Please send a detailed email to info@bulkyboy.com describing any problems or concerns you may have. When returning items, please include a copy of your invoice.

 

*Item must be unwashed.
*Item must be unworn.
*Return must be made within 30 days of purchase.
*No returns will be granted on sale items.

 

You will be refunded the amount 3-5 business days after we receive the item.

*Include the original packing slip in the return along with an explanation for the return.
*Also print your order number on the outside of the return packaging.

If you order the wrong size or for any other reason, you must include a $5.00 shipping charge in the return package

 

Can I Exchange an Item?
Yes. For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number on top of the original invoice. Please include color and size choices, if applicable. You must include a $5.00 shipping charge in the exchange package.

 

When exchanging items, please include a copy of your invoice.
